Students will be in rooms taking either one or two students, sharing bathroom facilities with a few other rooms. Meals: continental breakfast and two hot meals per day served in the self-service restaurant. The food is typically English and on the weekends they also have a choice of a “full English breakfast”.
27 hours of lessons during a 2 week stay
54 hours of lessons during a 4 week stay
Students are given an English language test on arrival and placed in English classes according to their language level.
Average number of students per class 12-14 with a maximum of 16. Our staff are all fully qualified teachers. Many of our teachers have worked regularly on our past programmes. They work with great enthusiasm and energy to make their classes really vibrant and enjoyable.
Emphasis on spoken English and listening skills, including work on essential grammar and vocabulary. We aim to make students effective and confident in their everyday communication. All course materials supplied.
5 sessions of 3 hours over 2 weeks
10 sessions of 3 hours over 4 weeks
Students learn how to create a logo and print on a T-shirt of the brand NSW (Non Stop Working). The key words are self-esteem, personal engagement and team work to achieve the project.
Plus a selection of sports and team building games, i.e football, basketball, swimming, British bull dog etc.
Evenings: disco, karoke, board games and movie night.
Day excursions to Cambridge and Funcoast World.
Students are supervised by our highly experienced team of teachers, instructors and youth leaders working under the direction of our Centre Director.
