The David Beckham Academy is the largest Facility of its kind in Europe. It offers state-of-the-art equipment and facilities: 2 full size football pitches, classrooms, workshops, dining hall, medical and physiotherapy centre – all under one roof.

The Academy football-training programme has been developed by David Beckham with Eric Harrison, ex-Youth Team Coach at Manchester United who helped discover young talents such as David Beckham, Paul Scholes, Ryan Giggs, Gary and Phil Neville. The coaches are supported by full medical and administrative staff. Ted Dale, former Youth Team Coach at Chelsea Football Club is the Coaching Director and is supported by Eric Harrison, who is the Coaching Consultant to the Academy.

 

 

Anglophiles are run by a team of professionals with many years of Successful experience of youth programmes in the UK and Abroad. The Head Office is in London. In all our language Training centres we have experienced and dedicated Organisers, qualified youth leaders and English Language teachers.

 

 

The training includes all aspect of play: Passing techniques, tackling, dribbling, Heading, marking opponents, tactics and Teamwork. There is specialised training for Strikers, midfielders and goalkeepers. Matches and mini tournaments are organised by age and Level. Sessions in the classroom are on the Physiology of the body, health and fitness, nutrition, the media and include The Academy game.

 

An Academy certificate and badge are presented to each participant. All Academy coaches are fully FA qualified.
